2014 Piedmont Orthopedic Society

Greece was the host for the 62nd annual meeting of the Duke University orthopedic surgery alumni group.  Dr. Monto was the moderator for the section on operating room safety and innovation and was named to the Society's executive committee.

2014 European Hip Society Finalist

Dr. Monto's presentation on the use of platelet-rich plasma for the treatment of chronic hip bursitis was a finalist for best paper at the 2014 European Hip Society in Stockholm, Sweden.
